All greeting cards are personally created by me, using my own hand-drawn illustrations and designs. Cards are professionally printed on card stock and depending on the design may be glossy or matt finish.
All cards are blank for your own personal message.
Cards are C6 size and come with a matching envelope. Cards are individually stored and posted in a protective cellophane package. Additionally, they are posted with protective packaging when mailed to you.

- Colours may vary minimally from monitor to print colour

- All cards are printed with full-resolution graphics

Postage
Products are posted within 5 business days and sent by Standard Mail.
International postage needs to be worked out on a case by case basis and I can liaise with you on costs.
If you would like Express Post this can be arranged (at extra cost as per Australia Post costs plus handling). I would discuss this with you via email.
Issues
My cards are handled with utmost care and respect from development to sending them on to you, our buyers, however, we realise, sometimes things can occur that are outside our control.
In the unlikely event that a product is delivered damaged, or faulty in some way, please contact me as soon as possible. Where possible a photo will be appreciated to allow me to fully understand the problem and address this in the right way.
We can then advise you on eligibility for a refund or replacement.
